Every gift box we produce is custom-decorated and made to order to your approved artwork and specifications. For that reason, all sales are final — we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Our production guarantee
If your order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we will remake or replace the affected items at no cost to you. This is a production guarantee, not a return policy — it exists to make sure the order you receive matches the order you approved.
Why the free-mockup step matters
Every order includes a free, photo-real mockup with unlimited revisions before production begins. This step exists specifically so you can review and approve your exact design, colors, and specifications before we commit to a production run — which is why we’re able to offer a strict no-returns policy on the finished product.
Reporting an issue
If you believe your order arrived defective or does not match your approved mockup, contact us within 14 days at info@customizedgiftboxes.com with photos of the issue and we’ll make it right.
