Every order from Customized Gift Boxes is custom and made to order, so shipping works a little differently than an off-the-shelf product. This policy explains our general approach. Specific timelines and costs are always confirmed on your individual quote.
Production & shipping timelines
Standard production is approximately 2 weeks from the date your mockup is approved, with faster turnaround available with express shipping. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — actual timing can vary with order size, decoration method, and season. Rush production may be available for firm deadlines; ask when you request your quote.
Shipping costs
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity, box style, and destination. We do not publish a flat shipping rate because cost varies meaningfully with these factors.
Carriers & tracking
We ship via standard commercial carriers and provide tracking information once your order leaves our facility. We do not guarantee a specific carrier or a fixed delivery date; transit times are estimates provided by the carrier.
Multiple addresses
We can split a single order across multiple shipping addresses — provide a distribution list with your order.
